We are constantly working with our carrier partners on the packing methods to send our products in the best conditions.
 We do our best to adapt the container to the contents while limiting the impact on weight for both economic and ecological reasons .
The parcels you receive are neutral and only mention Mode Operateur as shipper, in order to avoid "temptation" during transport!

 

 

 

 



 Despite these precautions, it is possible that the parcel be damaged and the contents partially or totally stolen.
If you experience such an error, please mention it to the carrier and reject the product.
In case you realize the damage after the carrier's departure, please report it by email to serviceclient@idresstocode.com
within a maximum period of 72 hours following receipt of the order.
 ou then have to send your justified protest by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier, this within three days (not including holidays).
For Colissimo, Colissimo International, Max Letter, Priority Small Package, please bring your parcel  to your post office to settle your claim.
