Satisfied or refunded
If you change your mind, or are not satisfied with the product received, you have 14 days after the delivery to notify us.
Please notify your decision by email to serviceclient@idresstocode.com or by using the withdrawal form.
You have then 14 days to return the item(s).
Conditions of Returns
Items must be returned in a perfect state so that they can be sold again : complete, not worn except for trying on, not damaged, not washed, not ironed, with their (s) label (s) attached. Items such as panties, thongs, can be tried, but for hygiene reasons, the customer must try them keeping his own underwear. Stockings and tights cannot be returned if tried on.
It is also recommended that the product is returned in its original packaging, or in any case with shipping guarantees similar to those defined in the original shipment.
Costs of return
Returns are paid by the customer and under his responsibility in case of loss or damage. The return must be shipped using tracking parcel to the address: Mode Operateur, Le Bas Fougeray 35500 Vitré France.
Refund
If the conditions described above are met, the customer will be refunded the amount of returned items by crediting his bank card, or account credit if the customer so requests, within 14 days after receiving the return on our premises. The refund is only for the item(s) value, and does not include the initial shipment cost.
